Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them. The store is operated by ELM Labs. Our full identification and contact details are set out in the Mentions légales.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI (franchise en base de TVA) — no VAT is charged or recoverable on these sales. Shipping is added before you pay.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on arrival, payable by you. Since 1 July 2026 the EU's €150 customs duty exemption no longer applies, so duties may be charged regardless of order value.

Products

Items are made to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed garments, and print placement may vary by a small tolerance. These variations are normal and are not defects.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this store are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or resold without written consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under French law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
