Returns and refunds

Our products are made to order. They are not personalised to you individually, so your statutory right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling rules applies in full.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email contact@elmlabs.dev with your order number before the 14 days expire.

Return the items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return a faulty item unless we ask you to.

Wrong address and unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or the parcel went unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
